Conference fees include accommodation (dinner, bed and breakfast), refreshments, lunch, Saturday night BBQ, registration for a workshop and conference packs.
If you require additional nights, please select the relevant options on the registration form, please be aware that student member presenters will be responsible for the costs of additional nights at the venue. Addtional accommodation costs will be payable at the time of registration.
Registration policy: Registration for the conference will close one week prior to the event start date. There will be no exception to this rule. Your place will not be guaranteed unless you have registered and paid for your place.
Refund policy: Cancellations up to 48 hours before the event start date will be refunded. Any cancellations that occur in the 48 hours prior to the event will not be refunded.
