Please be advised that all those who have not paid their memberships for the current year will be noted as such and therefore will not have access to Member discounts such as reduced conference fees until these are paid. 

In line with current GDPR regulations, past membership account details are removed fully from the system after a period of 2 years have lapsed without payment. There are no exceptions to this rule. if you are a returning member then you will need to create a new account. Conference account records are also kept for a period of 2 years, unless the attendee requests removal at an earlier date.
