Conference registration

Costs include conference registration fees, lunch, tea/coffee breaks, and conference packs. 

If booking for online attendance, there is a 20% reduction in costs on registration.  

For those arriving on Friday evening, there is with the opportunity to join us for dinner - location TBC. This is a social outing and the costs are not included in the price of the conference. If you would like to join us for this, then please let us know at conference@bahid.org. 

BAHID Saturday night Dinner is £25 per person, with the opportunity to bring additional guests if required.

Registration policy: Registration for the conference will close one week prior to the event start date. There will be no exception to this rule. Your place will not be guaranteed unless you have registered and paid for your place.

Refund policy: Cancellations up to 48 hours before the event start date will be refunded. Any cancellations that occur in the 48 hours prior to the event will not be refunded.
