Theme: Identification of the Living
BAHID will hold a mini-conference
this autumn in Manchester, with the theme Identification
of the Living.
The conference will run over one
full day (Saturday) and one half day (Sunday) and will include speakers on the
subject of age determination, facial identification, latent prints, DNA
analysis, tracking and surveillance, identity cards and psychological profiling.
This will be a precursor and taster for a larger conference in April 2009, where these subjects and others relating to biometric identification will be discussed in more depth.
